If purchasing multiple rugs, they may ship in separate parcels with different tracking numbers. Providing your email address ensures you receive all tracking updates.

No expedited or rush shipping options are available.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. No exceptions. There has been an increase in theft in every part of the world. Please be diligent. -
No PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO box addresses. If an incomplete or incorrect address is provided, we will contact you for an alternative. If we do not receive a response within 72 business hours, your order will be canceled and fully refunded.
