Shipping + Handling

INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS: If you are outside of the USA and do not have the ability to select your country at checkout, please message us on our  Instagram (@junipersvtgmkt) and we will arrange payment via Paypal or Wise. Shipping is free to all areas of the world.

Please allow up to 7 business days for our team to input tracking to your respective order. Please note that though you may receive tracking, it may take extra time to get the package to the courier. Rest assured, we are always working to get your orders out as soon as possible. Please note that your package will ship directly from Arizona or our partners.

We primarily ship with FEDEX and DHL Express. In certain circumstances, however, we will also use USPS, UPS, and TNT Services. All packages are shipped and delivered with no signature**. For any questions regarding tracking once an order is in transit, the customer is responsible for contacting the shipping courier for further details and/or open a claim. PLEASE track your packages to avoid theft and hiccups in delivery. 

If purchasing multiple rugs in one order, they will likely ship in multiple parcels with different tracking numbers. For this, it is important to provide your email address to ensure you get the latest shipping information.

All packages average about 8-10 days to deliverPlease note, this is an average, and in some cases will arrive sooner or later. *as of October 1st, 2021 we are experiencing delays. During the winter months, couriers may experience operational delays due to inclement weather beyond our control. Please plan accordingly.

If you did not receive an email with tracking info and you provided an email address at checkout, please check your spam folder, promo folder, or any other folder it could have landed in. It is in there 100% of the time.

Please do not contact our busy, and very small staffed, shop prematurely in regards to tracking info unless you did not recieve tracking info in the alloted timeframe. In the event that this is not honored, your inquire will likely go unacknowledged. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business hours; Orders placed on "off" hours will begin processing the next business hour on the next business day.

There is no option to expedite or rush shipping. Your package will shop from AZ or our partners in Turkey and Morocco.

**We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. No exceptions. We will not accept address changes after 1 hour of purchase time, nor we will reroute packages once they are in transit. We also do not support PO box addresses at this time. If a proper address is not given, we will contact you via email or text for an alternate address. If no response is given within 72 business hours, we will cancel your order with a full refund.
