If there is an issue with your order you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery for resolution. Disclaimer: If you were expecting a “fire hydrant red” rug, but it came in as a “cherry red” or a different hue of said color this is not considered an “issue” with your order and we will not honor any sort of refunds, as we do address thoroughly on how colors can vary. Know that lightings will bring out different colors, and may effect the look of (but not limited to)/ hue, saturation, tint, brightness.

By purchasing a rug off any of our platforms, you accept responsibility for having read our the full policy, as well as reviewed the information under "Things to note", and understand our Shipping and Handling, no exceptions.💖😊

Discount codes must be used prior to purchase. If you have an automatic discount offer from Shop Pay and it is not working properly, contact us prior to purchase. We will not refund any portion of the payment after the fact.
